This is a three-part scenario (top, bottom, push-button) for the Mobilinkd TNC2. It bears an uncanny resemblance to the TNC1 case, with the only noticeable variation being the absence of the side opening previously required for the slide switch. This omission is largely due to the TNC2's abandonment of a slide switch in favor of an alternative PTT style activation mechanism. Instructions: Caution: Much like the TNC1 case, tolerances here are relatively narrow. In order to prevent any discrepancies with screw hole alignment on the PCB, it is imperative that you adjust your scale model to account for typical material shrinkage (approximately 0.5% in ABS or HIPS). If intended use involves a motor vehicle and exposure to high summer temperatures, ABS is strongly recommended for its increased resistance. This particular case can be held together utilizing four #1x3/8" (SAE) or M2x9.5mm (metric) self-tapping screws. A metric alternative of M2x8mm would also prove viable.
