<h4>Warning!</h4><p>If you already downloaded the 3mf files before 31/10/2022, there is an error in the design of the files (i uploaded the old files BOTTOM/TOM-insert-es15). Now the files are right.</p><p>Sorry for the ones that already printed the case.. :(</p><p>The old one is adaptable, but the new one is better. ;)</p><h4>What i made and what i've changed</h4><p>The shell of the case is from Orax Pinecil case.</p><p>I made the new inserts for placing the Miniware ES15 taking inspiration from 3DP-MAMSIH.</p><p>Also taked the bits holder design, but i made also a version myself(alternative bits holder) i dind't tested it as i printed the one already made, but i think it will work.</p><p>I made a removable vane for placing screws and other components.</p><p>I made the top insert shorter by 2mm. The default Orax Pinecil case height made the 2 parts to touch together in the hinge and the result is the case not closing properly.</p><h4>Assembly</h4><p>The assembly process is the same as Orax Pinecil case.</p><p>There is a <strong>multipart version</strong> like in the photo and a <strong>joined version</strong> to print in one go.</p><p>Just print the version you like, assembly and then add a piece of 1.75 mm filament in the&nbsp;<br>hinge mechanism to join the top and the bottom.</p><p>Like in the 3DP-MAMSIH, there are holes for 8ø x 3 mm magnets for keeping bits holder and other future accessories together.</p><h4>Printing</h4><p>I was able to print it on the Prusa mini+ orienting the pieces at 45 ° (taking advantage of the length of the diagonal… :P), removing the skirt and leaving the brim.</p><p>Print can take up to 3 / 4 hours.</p><p>For the accessories is the same, but you can use all the space of the printing bed.&nbsp;</p><p>For printing material i used orange Prusament PETG and black generic PETG.</p><h4>Thoughts</h4><p>I think that the joined version will be much more stronger than this..</p><p>The multiparts version is good looking, but it can't remain closed very well cause the outer shell is very thin and it wobble a bit… the next time i‘ll probably print the latter.</p><h4>Suggestion</h4><p>If you have any requests for future accessories or changes let me know :)</p>
