This is a robust Thermal Printer Case, carefully crafted as a remix of "Desk Thermal Printer Case" in openSCAD for total configurability. It boasts impressive sturdiness (5mm thick walls) and requires only two parts, eliminating the need for any support. Four rubber feet are placed on the bottom side to ensure stability. The front panel can be customized by adding or removing holes as needed for your project. The primary objective of this project was to seamlessly integrate my printer as a standalone IoT device with its own dedicated webpage, thus eliminating the requirement for Android drivers or programs to print text on it! A demo of this is included in 'ESP_ThermalPrinter_webbpage_V4.ino', showcasing a simple web-page that empowers users to create and print custom checklists. The same Arduino program is capable of receiving and printing rows of bytes from the Javascript 'bit.html', allowing for real-time printing of measurements. However, this process does come with a slight delay. The demo program 'ESP_ThermalPrinter_MQTT_V1.ino' successfully transforms the printer into an MQTT node, effortlessly printing incoming values in real time.
