Case for M.NT68676.2A Monitor/Display Control Board

You will need four 3mm bolts to close the case (DUN DUN!). When inserting the board into the bottom section, slide it at an angle below the locking bits on the back end of the case, then pry one side so that the board goes below its side locking bit. Repeat for the other side. Be gentle and pry from the walls, not the locking bit since they are obviously more fragile. This case is designed to tightly and securely protect your M.NT68676.2A display controller. The board itself controls laptop screens independently of their original host. It's useful if you need a screen and have a broken laptop with a healthy screen available. I was unsatisfied with the available options, so I created my own design. My print isn't flawless, so you might achieve better results. I considered adding counterbored holes to hide the bolt heads as well as covers for them but decided against it after several iterations. It would be easy to create in Sketch Up, so go ahead and try it out. I didn't bother with the buttons part because they vary between models. I have two boards and their controls come in different dimensions. Again, it's a simple task to create something in Sketch Up.
