CASE for Low Noise RF Amplifier (With battery compartment)
thingiverse
This is a compact, 3D printable case for an affordable RF amplifier available on eBay that offers a gain of 30dB and can be used as part of an EMC test toolchain. The case features a Li-Ion battery compartment, allowing the amplifier to operate without any external power supply while minimizing noise. A 5.5x2.1 charging barrel connector is also integrated into the design, which should only be charged with an 8.4VDC maximum voltage. This case serves as a great example of how to utilize the RF amplifier for EMC measurements during pre-compliance testing.
