I'm using a Bay 9V brick battery from AliExpress. The specific product is the OKcell 9V 800mAh USB Rechargeable Lipo Battery. I disassembled this battery to extract its PCB. You can obtain the PCB by searching online for it. This particular Lipo battery has been my experience as a piece of junk, so I decided to replace it with an 18650 cell. After getting the desired component, I assembled everything into one case. Here's a picture showing the result printed using SBS (Watson) plastic.
