This case is printed in place and fits perfectly for the international vaccination certificate. I've printed it with PLA and PETG. Bend it back and forwards carefully until you can fold it easily. EDIT 22.05.2021: I've added Vaccination_Case_V2.stl. That's 6mm higher to fit for more kinds of certificates. And I made it with more clearance. Now you should be able to fold it easily from the beginning.
