Here's a basic design for a HW-411 buck converter: it comes with a sliding cover that fits very securely in place. However, the cover might benefit from being modified to include a snap tab for easier removal and installation. Additionally, there are thicker areas inside the case where you could drill holes for screws to provide extra stability and support.
