Case for ESP8266 NodeMCU and DHT22 for wall mount

thingiverse

This is a versatile wall mount enclosure specifically designed for an ESP8266 NodeMCU, complete with a built-in 1x DHT22 temperature/humidity sensor module. The case consists of two distinct parts: a lower base that features four screw options for securely fastening the board, and an upper cover or "blanket" that houses the sensor. The housing provides ample space to connect additional devices or sensors directly to the GPIO pins, offering users flexibility in their setup. Additionally, it includes a mounting point for a base that can be used to connect an external wireless antenna, expanding the possibilities of the enclosure. To assemble the case, I applied hot glue at strategic points to secure the cover to the base. This not only holds everything together but also adds a touch of professionalism to the overall design. The files provided here have been optimized with some minor improvements that were not yet reflected in the accompanying photos.
