The BusPirate is a versatile electronic test tool and debugging device; however, there are several versions available. This specific one is designed for the 3a version from September 2009. SparkFun cables use a reverse color scheme compared to Seeedstudio cables. My label indicates BROWN as GND, but pinout order is reversed, which I unintentionally found beneficial for easy labeling of programming pins. Nevertheless, create your own label, verify the color scheme and pinout, and proceed with caution since errors may exist in my label.
