Update on 10/31/2013: I fixed the button issue so now I'm removing the "work in progress" flag. Here's a video of a button test: http://youtu.be/qMG862HK114 This design works for both the Beaglebone and the Beaglebone Black using the BB-BONE-LCD3-01, 3.5" LCD panel from Circuitco. I've tested on both the Replicator 2 and the Replicator 2x and aside from the buttons it works in both PLA and ABS. In fact, it snaps together so well you almost don't need screws (on the PLA version). If you're printing in ABS please be patient as ABS prints of the buttons are a little finicky. You should use an obedient filament for those.
