Case For Attaching Ultrasonic Sensor To A Servo

Hey there!\r\n\r\nI was racing against the clock to complete a project with a looming deadline - Ultrasonic Sensor 360° Radar - using ESP8266 as the brain and Raspberry Pi as the server, with the output displayed in real-time on a webpage.\r\n\r\nSo I came up with a simple yet effective mount for two ultrasonic sensors. All it takes is to plug eight jumpers onto the sensors, thread the other end through the mount, and then firmly insert the jumpers. This gets your cable management halfway done. Next, attach the bottom of the mount to the servo motor, just like in the photo.\r\n\r\nWhen printing this design, make sure to orient it vertically instead of horizontally (otherwise, bridging issues might prevent you from inserting the jumpers). I recommend using a 0.2mm layer height for the best results.\r\n\r\nI hope this helps someone out there, and good luck with your project!\r\n\r\nSincerely,\r\nTedro
