UPDATED 4-26-19 This is the last and final version of the case. We were getting better results with the HC-501 than with the HC-SR04 or the US-100, so a new version was necessary. The HC-501 press fits into this case. If you want to upgrade one of the earlier cases, print one of the tracked covers listed at the end and use our standalone HC-SR501 mount to upgrade the system. Unfortunately, the HC-SR501 requires level shifters. The sixth generation of the case for Adafruit's Animated Eyes Bonnet for Raspberry Pi provides an interchangeable solution to protect the TFTs. The provided example cover works with any 40MM round cover, including AdaFruit's glass lens and plastic lens. It is a good idea to mask the TFT with tape or dark construction paper to prevent light leakage around the edges.
