I bought an active PoE splitter from Ebay for approximately three euros. The original case was black, but I opted for a white one instead. Furthermore, the original had a circular power connector that wasn't necessary because this device converts active PoE to passive version by converting 48 volts to 12 volts and then outputting it on pins four and five, as well as seven and eight of the RJ45 plug. As a result, I desoldered the original connectors and soldered a new one directly onto the circuit board.
