You'll need two M3 screws, preferably 5mm. The model is prepared with high accuracy, thus low tolerances are used (0.1 - 0.2 mm). Make sure your printer is up to the task. You can use "print from outside" mode in your slicer to improve dimensional accuracy. The mux comes from aliexpress, you can find it at about $12 under name like "stereo Auido Mixer 6 Way Input Sound Mixing Board". It works perfectly for mixing up to 6 stereo channels (like computer, projector, TV, etc) into one channel, so every device can be connected to common sound system.
