Case for 3 Core51822 BTLE modules for use with Mirage/BTLEJack
prusaprinters
I used the BLE400 development board with a random STM Nucleo board (to have SWD programmer) to program the BTLEJack firmware on the Core5122 modules, then wire the module and FTDI UMFT234XF USB-Serial adapter together (6 wires, 2 power, RX, TX, CTS, RTS) and hot-glue this package together.Printer the case top and bottom, put a heat-insert for the ¼"UNC thread (aka "camera thread") in. Then put the case together but did not glue yet to “headspace” the BTLE modules and “tacked” the modules in place with hot-glue, then went to town with the hot-glue to make sure the modules do stay in place and the leftover ooze glue the top part nicely as well.If you need to tune something the Fusion design is at https://a360.co/38ta7L1I printed this in NGen on my Prusa mk3 with MMU2 so unless you have same setup the GCode won't help you much, but print settings were 0.2mm quality with 4 perimeters (to give the heat insert a bit more meat to grab onto)ps Support Stefan and buy your inserts from https://www.cnckitchen.com/shop
