I decided to create a custom case for my bench AC adapter, which I use to power my DPS5015. I highly recommend using ABS or PETG filament when printing this design, as the SMPS can get hot under load and may be at risk of overheating if not properly cooled. To ensure safe and reliable operation, it's essential to use self-extinguishing filament for this project. I'm excited to share my finished design once I receive my Banana jack accessory. In the meantime, here are the materials you'll need: **Bill of Materials:** * 180W 36V SMPS: [link to eBay listing](https://www.ebay.com/itm/180W-AC-Converter-110V-220V-DC-36-V-MAX-6-5A-Regulated-Transformer-Power-Driver/202251795392?epid=2144599538&hash=item2f17257bc0:g:lioAAOSwxyJan2cF) * Banana Jack: [link to eBay listing](https://www.ebay.com/itm/Dual-Female-Banana-Plug-Jack-Terminal-Binding-Post-4mm-for-Speaker-Amplifier/292219926669?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649) * AC Power Plug: [link to eBay listing](https://www.ebay.com/itm/2Pcs-AC250V-2-5A-IEC320-C8-Male-2-Pins-Power-Inlet-Socket-Panel-Embedded/252927818324?hash=item3ae3ac3a54:g:F4YAAOSwV4Ba34pR) * Switch: [link to eBay listing](https://www.ebay.com/itm/2-pcs-On-Off-2-TermInal-SPST-Black-Round-Rocker-Switch-CT/302159840421?hash=item465a2144a5:g:~vgAAOSwA3dYSC8l) * Fan (optional): [link to eBay listing](https://www.ebay.com/itm/12V-2-Pin-40mm-Mini-4cm-DC-Brushless-Computer-Cooler-Cooling-Fan-PC-Black/331882065313?hash=item4d45b66da1:g:quQAAOSwGIRXYQNi) Note that the fan requires a regulator to operate safely, as it's only 12v.
