Build custom top and bottom parts for a Papilio Pro FPGA board. With the logic analyzer firmware upload, it becomes a high-speed 16-bit logic analyzer at 200 MHz. When paired with a 16-bit I/O level shifter "Wing", it can handle voltage levels from 0 to 7 volts, an upgrade from the standard 0-3.3V range. Print one top and one bottom .2mm layer with 2 or more perimeters and at least 20% infill for best results. The bottom corners feature detents designed to accommodate M3 nuts, while a single M3x12 bolt can securely hold the lid in place without entering these recessed areas. Using an M3x15 bolt might require a nut on both sides to avoid exposed threads; adding two or three washers is recommended. As an alternative, consider applying hot glue around the threaded section to protect and add grip to the assembly.
