Case/Cover for Yamutec USB-REL4-8A Relais (v1.5)

This is a case/cover for the [Yamutec USB-REL4-8A Relais Module](https://www.yamutec.de/en/products/usb-modules/usb-rel4-8a-module/). This version (1.5) is an improvement based on my first iteration with improved tolerances. The cover fits accurately around the USB port with about mm of gap on both axis around it. The relais connectors at the front are contained by the cover pretty well. There is a hole for accessing the switch to change between USB and External Power. This version hasn't actually been printed, but version 1.6, which is based on this one with additional holes for the LEDs and some ergonomic curves at the power hole, has. To attach to the case there are holes in the model (diameter = 3.2mm) which you can use a thread cutter for an M4 spacer/screw for. For us with our printer this didn't work that well, but just screwing in metal M3 spacers worked great.
