This is a case board or shelf binder for 16mm boards. It was needed for stabilizing and correcting the exact height. The space between the walls is designed to be 16.2mm, making it an easy fit. A corner connector for two shelf plates with a thickness of 16mm. This object measures 16.2mm in width, allowing for an effortless insertion while still providing a secure hold. Print settings: PLA Layer height: 0.2mm Infill density: 25% Printing speed: 70mm/s No raft or support structures are required. A small brim may be added if desired. When using CURA version 4.5 or later, set the Brim distance to 0.1mm (feature). This will combine the brim and skirt features but make them easy to remove from the printed part. This was my first time using Linear Advance on my modified Sidewinder X1 with firmware from Robscar. The result is a smooth surface finish achieved at a good printing speed.
