The Cascade Volcanic Range, situated along Oregon and Washington's coastline, is formed by subduction. Comprising notable peaks such as Mt. Rainier, Mt. Hood, Mt. St. Helens, and Mt. Shasta, the range also encompasses Crater Lake, and the Three Sisters. The region exhibits a four-fold vertical exaggeration, with Mt. Rainier's elevation of 4392m marking its high point while low points reach -200m off Oregon's coast. Spanning 157,586 km2, the range was mapped using data from GMRT (http://www.marine-geo.org/portals/gmrt/) and GeoMapApp interface (http://www.geomapapp.org).
