I'm attaching a small ring to the Penn Plax Cascade 20 HoB filter, which expands its intake diameter to 20mm, allowing a compact size intake sponge to fit snugly on it. Printed in PLA for use in my shrimp tank, this setup provides effective pre-filtration and safeguards against shrimp and fish fry entering the filter.
