This design features a casabella-matching style, with a disposable cloth secured by a snapper-fixed gripper equipped with an active film hinge for easy opening and closing. The low-profile double hinging system facilitates maneuverability while the aluminum tube boasts 12 sides to transfer more momentum to the mop. An ergonomic handle ensures stable use, and the mop can be employed independently of the tube after cleaning. For storage, the tube folds, and a central mounting pin secures the mop to it, minimizing space requirements. Key components comprise PU foam at the base, a PP shell and gripper mob with an active film hinge, and ABS-molded residual parts for increased stiffness. The tubes are extruded aluminum.
