Human Resources Specialist is responsible for overseeing all personnel functions and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This includes recruiting, hiring, training, benefits administration, employee relations, compensation, payroll, and performance management. Responsibilities include: * Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent * Conducting interviews and making recommendations for hire * Managing employee onboarding process to ensure smooth transition into the company * Coordinating and facilitating employee training programs to enhance job skills and productivity * Administering benefits, compensation, and payroll functions in accordance with company policies and applicable laws * Providing guidance and support to employees on performance management and conflict resolution * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and files * Analyzing data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement Skills required: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organizational and time management abilities * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in HR software and systems, including applicant tracking and performance management tools * Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including Title VII and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) * Experience with compensation and benefits administration * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Education: * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field * SHRM-CP or HRCI certification a plus Work experience: * 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment * Proven track record of success in recruitment, training, and employee relations
