Carvesmart 6" Jaws

This text presents a set of Carvesmart jaw blanks and a master jaw designed for job setup purposes. The 6" "talontop" jaw's screw hole locations are an estimation, as the author does not personally possess one to measure accurately. Dovetails are based on a ground perma jaw measurement but may vary from the modeled 1.147" (across 0.187 pins) to 1.153" on raw extrusion jaws. It is crucial to machine and check fit on your end, as dovetail width variations are possible.
