This is my first attempt at creating a mk5/6 extruder heater block accommodating a .25"x1" cartridge heater. Additionally, it has space for a 250°C thermal switch (Microtherm PN 55H12T944). However, due to its large size, using a smaller thermodisc such as PN G4A01240C may be preferable. I've shared my design for feedback before receiving the cartridge heaters.
