I crafted my initial character using Creo 2.0's surfacing features, starting with a cartoon-inspired design. By employing swept blends and merging surfaces into one solid model, I brought the image to life. To ensure stability during printing, I utilized Autodesk MeshMixer for support addition and fine-tuned the settings for a 0.1 layer height.
