Cartoon Submarine Name Tag

I design submarines for my job, so I added some personality to my workspace by creating this name tag. It features pin tabs at the top that can be easily attached using thumb tacks, which can then be snipped off with flush cutters. Alternatively, you can insert a couple of small neodymium magnets from Harbor Freight into pre-drilled holes - their website is http://www.harborfreight.com/10-piece-rare-earth-magnets-67488.html. The name tag also includes a paper slot where you can slide in your name on a card stock. This design fits perfectly within the print diameter of a Rostock Max v2 (11.25" long). I found that my best results came from printing without any bottom layers, allowing the infill to flex and absorb thermal stresses, which prevents bed separation. Using 10-15% rectangular infill, two perimeters, and three top layers with a 0.4mm nozzle yields an excellent surface finish.
