Cartoon Mother 3D model

I'd love to see a fully animated and dynamic model of a mom character. Here are some requirements for creating this awesome mother model: Firstly, it needs to have expressive facial expressions, so that users can feel the emotions when watching her interactions. I think 4D facial capture would work wonderfully for bringing out her emotional depth. Secondly, the way she walks and moves needs to be quite lifelike - perhaps even more like a realistic character than one who is fully in cartoon form? I imagine it could have a lot of flair to its gait as well. Some additional design details might include having some clothing that moves freely and realistically with each action, even things such as her dress being caught in the wind or flapping at the right moments when she makes movements like throwing arms up high while jumping for joy. The character needs strong personality, like a 'bubbly mom'.
