This is a Maya 2014 model with Arnold Render, saved in FBX format. The cartoon house features clean topology based on quads for easy editing. Arnold materials have been applied within the Maya scene, though you can change shader types as desired. Included in the maya scene are lighting and render settings to create an optimal rendering using Arnold 1.0.
