Cute little hamster created with 3D Studio Max 8 software. The model is fully rigged in the Max version alone, featuring a mouth, spine, pelvis, head, arms, legs, and fingers. The hairs are generated using the 'Hair and Fur' plugins included in the 3D Studio Max tools. Three scenes with varying sizes and hair styles are included in the archive file containing the MAX files. The scene in the Max files matches the presentation pictures exactly, complete with a background and volume light effect. No special render engine is required; simply unzip and render to achieve the desired result. The model has a finely detailed skin, a clean mesh that's comprised of only quads, making it extremely easy to animate and perfect for use in games. Available formats include 3ds, obj, Fbx, and Max 8. Exchanged formats are not rigged or textured with fur, but they are UVW mapped with the same textures as the native file, resulting in a render that's identical to the presentation picture without fur (no background or light effect). Exchange formats are also quad-only. A readme file is included to explain how easily you can replace the texture, and a PSD file is also provided to help you create your own custom textures. Textures and materials are included in each archive.
