Write the alphabet horizontally across the top edge of a first quadrant coordinate system, with student names listed vertically down the left-hand side. Then, mark the position of each student's name on the grid using a dot or an X. With a pencil or marker, draw lines connecting dots that form constellations in the shape of your favorite animal, object, or design. Get creative and make it meaningful!
