Cartesian_330X330 bed - v slots and mgn12 rail
thingiverse
I assemble all the components that I use to build my 330mm x 330mm Cartesian-type printer. I utilize V-slot 2020 and 2040 profiles, mostly remixing other items. My bed heater is a silicon pad measuring 300x300 with a 750-watt, 220-volt rating, connected to an SSR for temperature control. I construct the enclosure from an old computer case, cutting it in half and installing a Ramp 1.4 board inside. I also repurpose the original power supply. The aluminum profiles used are as follows: two 2040 profiles measuring 450mm each, two at 400mm, three 2020 profiles at 500mm, one at 400mm, and two more at 450mm. One of my 2020 profiles was shorter than expected, so I created a 30mm extension to compensate. I employ two MGN12 rails measuring 500mm each with four MGN12H blocks attached.
