Cart handle latch

My wife's little red cart had a faulty latch that was causing problems, so she'd been using a makeshift strap to keep it closed. I decided to redesign and reinforce the original latch, making it slightly larger and more robust than before. The new design provides a tighter fit, ensuring the handle stays securely in place when latched. To attach it, I used M4x25 bolts that protrude just enough not to interfere with the handle's smooth operation.
