Cart for transportation of cans 3D model

I am having some trouble understanding this file format that was uploaded to my system from a Blender version that I do not use on a regular basis called 2.79 which uses (.blend) as its primary rendering model with Cycles also included but somehow left out when saving the file. It looks like someone else is going to have to figure out any problems with this, including models or maybe even some lighting if they can just be sent my way so I can fix the trouble.
