I have meticulously crafted a 2-liter glass bottle and its container with ventilation slots on the front and back in the form of vertical slits, complemented by a rotatable handle for enhanced portability.The outer casing of the container, constructed with HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) material, offers robust protection for the glass bottle, complete with a steel cap for secure sealing. To mitigate the risk of damage from jerks and movements, I have incorporated an inside insert made of EPE (Expanded Polyethylene) Foam. This EPE Foam, positioned strategically between the glass bottle and the outer casing, acts as a reliable cushioning layer.Moreover, to enhance the aesthetic appeal and brand identity, the outer casing is designed in a glossy dark blue color. This distinctive color not only adds a touch of sophistication but also reinforces the product's premium quality and durability.Additionally, the cap inside the casing features an innovative design—a hollow frustum of a cone made of EPE insert—placed upside down. This unique configuration effectively prevents the bottle from jumping vertically, ensuring optimal stability during transportation and storage.Furthermore, the twist-on, twist-off cap made of HDPE material provides convenient access to the bottle while maintaining a tight seal, enhancing user experience and product reliability.
