No specialized tools or hardware required, just standard equipment can be used. Six Ikea-standard screws are all that's needed. These screws have a Phillips head and measure 3.5mm by 30mm in size. Printing instructions follow: Print with 35% octet infill using eSUN PLA+. To achieve maximum strength, print each part on its side as it comes out of the printer. This ensures the parts are extremely strong. A test of a single side of the handle held up to 20kg with just two screws. The ES4 model is about half that weight at 12kg. Strength can vary depending on PLA brand and screw type, so print at your own risk.
