Discovered several areas were sticking even after thorough sanding and it was shifting to the side easily on the cardboard carry box I designed. 1. Beveled areas that required attention for aesthetic appeal, clearance, and improved grip when opening. 2. Added an alignment notch for boxes with weaker hinges (like mine) to enhance stability. 3. Strengthened the area around the arm that appeared vulnerable when using a 3mm pin. 4. Extended the arm by .25mm, finding it to be slightly too tight but potentially suitable with a thinner pin.
