This redesigned carriage is tailored specifically for a richrap 3DR printer or its derivative variants. It's engineered to seamlessly integrate with a 6mm gt2 belt and sturdy 8mm steel rods, which are complemented by 8x12x20 oilite bronze bushings for optimal performance. To facilitate effortless customization, the freecad files have been included, enabling users to easily modify the bearing types and sizes according to their specific needs. Furthermore, a rudimentary clip design has been provided, requiring two clips per belt to securely link the ends together, thus ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operation.
