Good day, I present a custom printing carriage specifically designed for the Ghost Flyingbear V3,4,4S printer. This advanced carriage is engineered to seamlessly integrate with an E3DV6 extruder and features 4020 and 5015 airflow fans. BLtouch technology is also expertly incorporated. The carriage bushings are meticulously crafted to accommodate LM8UU bearings, boasting a diameter of 15 mm. A precision-crafted fastener for belt tensioning has been thoughtfully mounted on the carriage, utilizing a robust M2.5 screw and nut-gasket combination. For added strength and aesthetics, a sleek top cover is securely installed on the carriage. The E3DV6 extruder is elegantly mounted using a dedicated printed locking wedge, firmly fixed to the back of the carriage via an M2.5 x 25 screw. Please note that a 2.5 x 4 x 6 sleeve must be carefully melted into the base of the BL touch mount. **Important:** This project is currently under development, and there may be some minor flaws or errors present in the original design. To ensure optimal results, we recommend printing the carriage at 100% resolution by first testing a sample sleeve (STL 'Bush-test') to verify the bearing fit. Once confirmed, you can safely increase the scaling percentage in your slicer.
