Carriage for Prusa Mendel with 25mm and two 40mm fan mounts

This X-Carriage fits Prusa Mendel and compatible printers with 50mm spacing between horizontal smooth rods. It features mounts for two 40mm fans for print cooling, as well as a 25mm fan with a ducted shroud for j head cooling. The design is based on the user's previous work for dual extrusion and is compatible with single extruder j head setups that have 50mm M4 bolt spacing with the j head centered. For printing, use a 0.5mm nozzle in PLA with 0.3mm layer height and 25% infill. If using ABS or similar plastics prone to warping, brimming is recommended for both parts. Print one belt clamp as provided and another mirrored on the long axis. To print "All_Parts.stl", include both orientations. During assembly, attach 40mm fans using two M3 bolts per side, ensuring nuts fit in recesses before installing fans. Insert four small zip ties through provided slots and attach LM8UU bearings/bushings if possible. Bolt the extruder down with M4 bolts, attaching the 25mm fan shroud to the bottom of the 25mm fan afterward. Fasten the 25mm fan to the carriage using M3 bolts and nuts, then fit the carriage to the printer, aligning bearings/bushings and closing zip-ties if needed. Finally, attach belts using M3 bolts through provided holes for tensioning.
