Carriage for Heacent Prusa i3 standart/E3D cyclop/chimera
thingiverse
Carriage for Heacent Prusa i3 prints ABS, requires adjustments. Makerbot-like direct extruder was used initially, made from PLA plastic which has temperature deformation while printing ABS. I redesigned the carriage with a focus on engineering and testing it to ensure stable performance.\nMaterials needed: 2x M3 x 15mm screws, 2x M3 x 30mm screws, or other suitable lengths, 8x M3 nuts.\nImportant Safety Note! Temporarily pause the printing process, then carefully remove and store 7 M3 nuts from the carriage assembly. One nut remains in place on the "belt holder part 1" for support purposes. Clearly visible markings numerate nut placements in corresponding photo views.\nUpdate (24 Feb 2017): An additional configuration has been developed – a 'No Inner Nuts' variant, and another for compatibility with E3D cyclop/chimera versions of the printer.
