Version 1 - 19/04/2016 Still printing all files. I created a carriage design specifically for corexy printers equipped with an E3D hotend. It's engineered to utilize LM10UU bearings, which support smooth rods measuring 10mm in diameter. The distance between these smooth rods is carefully set at 51mm (center to center). Part List: 1x 30mm Fan (for the Hotend) 2x 40mm Fans (Print cooling fans) 6x M3x30mm or 5x M3x30mm + 1x M3x35mm for bed leveling sensor use 6x M3 Nuts 2x M3x30mm to secure GT2 belt tension 1x M4x30mm 1x M4 Nut 1x M4 Washer (for the Hotend clamp) 1x M4 screw for cable chain attachment Recommendation: I suggest pairing this carriage with y sliders for optimal leveling of GT2 belts. You can find suitable sliders at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1410678. Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer Model: GRR NEO Rafting Preference: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.25mm Infill Percentage: 30%-40% Notes: For best results, lay the side with the gap for the Hotend clamp facing down on the bed. This orientation works well and positions the bearing holes upwards.
