I created this carriage because I encountered problems with the original design that came with my first delta - a three-wheel version that consistently required excessive tightening pressure to ensure a secure fit on the 2020 frame. Moreover, these three-wheeled carriages had a tendency to flip when the drive belts were tightened. To address these issues, I designed this new carriage using 23 mm wheels (5mm inner diameter and 7mm thick). If your wheels are smaller, I strongly advise against using this design as it will not provide a snug enough fit. To ensure compatibility with your delta's frame, I recommend printing one test carriage to verify its fit. UPDATE: I have since created a new carriage designed for 21.5 mm wheels, although I have yet to test it. The distance between the wheels is shortened by approximately 3mm compared to the original design.
