Carpet Stand for Pablo Elise Lamp

I purchased a high-end floor lamp (Pablo Elise 60) and I'm thrilled with it, but it's extremely unstable on my medium-pile carpet. To rectify this issue, I designed a stand that conceals under the lamp and features spikes that pierce the carpet and make contact with the subfloor for enhanced stability. The result is quite impressive! The finished product utilizes a set of 3/8" speaker spikes, which are readily available on Amazon or Parts Express. Post-Printing: Attaching the Spikes and Installation: Use an Allen wrench (hex key) to screw the four spike receivers into the flat bottom of the printed piece until the flange touches the part. Ensure they fit snugly and don't move at all once installed, taking care that they go in straight. Screw in the spikes, leaving only a few mm of thread exposed. Use a small level to verify the entire contraption will sit flat on the floor. Install the four nuts to secure the spikes in place. Press the base into the carpet, ensuring the cutout in the top of the part faces the direction you want the lamp cord to pass through. My carpet was extremely stubborn, so I lifted up the corner to press the spikes firmly through it. Once I replaced the carpet, the spikes rested firmly on the subfloor and created a solid base for the lamp. Finally, place the lamp down on the base, making sure the cord passes through the cutout. It should fit securely with minimal play. Your lamp is now remarkably stable, much like a tall, slender column!
