Carpet shampooer clamp/clip

I fashioned a makeshift clip to secure the bottom of my carpet shampooer because the original one had gone missing. Despite ordering Bissell's replacement part, it failed to fit properly and couldn't be tracked down elsewhere. Although this improvised solution isn't flawless, it performed well enough on my shampooer and may require some further adjustments. I found that the clip itself didn't need additional support, but a small hinge piece seems likely to benefit from reinforcement.
