Originally, I uploaded my redesigned top flag through an unconventional method. The design by gzumwalt is so simple and brilliant that improving it seems nearly impossible. A YouTube video showcases my carousel functioning on solar power: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hKOD8SVpJp8. Unfortunately, it's not powerful enough for indoor use, but it works great with a 1.5V battery. The instructions provided by gzumwalt were precise and didn't require any glue; I used the Pololu motor, which I obtained from Technobotsonline in the UK (http://www.technobotsonline.com/pololu-298-1-micro-metal-gearmotor.html).
