I drew inspiration from the final episode of Call the Midwife after watching it feature a mesmerizing wind-up carousel. Following its depiction, I embarked on creating this model and printed out all the necessary components. However, upon assembling them, I discovered that some parts didn't quite meet my initial expectations. Undeterred, I made adjustments to simplify the design and streamline the assembly process. Ninety percent of the model was printed with a 20% infill, while the smaller components were printed at full density for added stability. To bring this intricate design to life, I carefully assembled all its parts using high-quality superglue.
