This sculpture sends my inner child soaring with joy. At ten years old, I was completely enchanted by the masterpieces of artists from over a century ago who painstakingly carved life-sized animals for children all around the world to admire and cherish. I desperately wanted to learn their skill so I could capture the breathtaking beauty that surrounds us every day. It's taken several decades, but here it is - my very own carousel horse!
