Carls 40W K40 Laser Focus Tube Upgrade ================================== if like me you have taken the small bed out from your 40W K40 laser cutter and replaced it with something better and your allways needing a way to get the optimum focus with different things your cutting or engraving give this a go! ⚠ will fit a standed K40 laser engraver and enable you to raise and lower the focus head to give you the optimum focus without haveing to mess around trying to raise and lower the work peace itself, why go through all the messing! works real well for me!.... But Please Note!! when useing this you need to get you laser alignment spot on when useing plastic and idealley the parts could do with machining out of aluminium for 100% alignment accuracy just down to the tolerances of different 3d printers but like i say works amazing for me.... and when i have a big part in to cut or engrave its seconds to move my focus lens up or down to get the optimum focus. +++⚠ Files Added ⚠+++ ⚠30mm, 40mm, and 50mm focus tubes = just print what size you need. ✔ ⚠Holder for the red-dot laser ✔ ⚠Cover for the hole inside the cutter work space that doubles as a holder for my 26mm focus block, ie... 26mm from the top of the work to the bottom of the nozzle ✔ ⚠ you will need to sand some parts for a good fit so the focus tube slids easy up and down and where the tubes screw onto the existing aluminium parts. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- As with all of my free designs they do take hours/weeks of work and a lot of test prints to perfect plus all the support and help to users needing it. so if you feel this is something you like/download/use for the very small price of a coffee you can tip me and keep me continuing to bring you some great designs an help in the future. any support small or big go`s a long way to things like PLA and materials. id just like to say thanks so much for anyone who decides to go out there way to help with support...its the reason why i can and do continue, and your support dont go unnoticed at all.
